Our FSC-Certified NCR Carbonless Paper is engineered for reliability, featuring a 20lb weight, standard 8.5×11.5 dimensions, and sharp black imaging. It eliminates the need for messy carbon films, making it the perfect choice for receipt books and other multi-part business documents that demand clear, consistent copies.

NCR Carbonless Paper consists of specially coated sheets that enable copy transfer without carbon. Its structure is defined by three sheet types, each with distinct coatings:

• CB Sheet (Coated Back): The top sheet, with its back coated in micro-encapsulated dye/ink.
• CF Sheet (Coated Front): The bottom sheet, with its front coated in reactive clay that reacts with dye to form permanent marks.
• CFB Sheet (Coated Front & Back): Middle sheets (for multi-part forms), coated with clay on the front and micro-encapsulated dye on the back - enabling both receipt and transfer of images.

1. Load the blank NCR paper into your copier or printer.
2. For multi-part forms: Print 3 times for 3-part sets, or 2 times for 2-part sets (one print per sheet layer).
3. After printing, fasten the sheets together (via stapling or gluing) to keep layers aligned.
4. Write or print on the topmost CB sheet - the micro-encapsulated dye will react with the clay on lower sheets, transferring the image to all layers automatically.

Packaging is customizable to meet bulk or small-batch needs, with common configurations including:

• Standard reams (500 sheets/ream)
• Corrugated box packaging (for protection during shipping)
• Custom labeling (with product specs, FSC certification logo, or brand marks)
